Cancellation Policy

Please call NoVa Body Mechanics, LLC 24- hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If canceling or rescheduling with less than a 24-hour notice of your scheduled appointment, there will be a 50% charge. If canceling within 2 hours or less before your appointment or no cancellation is given, you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment.

*This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, it WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No-Show policy. If you do not wish to save a credit card number on file, no problem! You can prepay your service online when you schedule your chosen appointment. Cancellation/No-Show policy will still apply.
